You can use the domicile address for your commercial register entry. Spühler Rechtsanwälte AG grants you domicile for this purpose.

The registration of a c/o address with the Commercial Register Office is mandatory if a company does not rent its own office space or does not actually manage its company at this location. False statements to the commercial register office may be punishable by law (Art. 153 StGB).

If you are domiciled or have your registered office abroad, you may be asked to provide an address for service in Switzerland in proceedings before Swiss authorities or courts (e.g. in civil and criminal proceedings).

You can also use your domicile address in Zurich as such an address for service.

Official mail is usually sent as registered mail or A Mail Plus. With the standard parcel, such items are forwarded immediately. The budget parcel is not suitable as a delivery address for ongoing proceedings, as the mail is only forwarded weekly. Any time limits begin to run when the item is delivered to your domicile address and may have expired by the time it is forwarded.

Mail sent to your domicile address will be accepted on working days.

The mail items received are forwarded to any address in Switzerland or abroad by Swiss Post (A Mail).

You can choose between weekly and daily mail forwarding.

Mail will not be received on the following public holidays: January 1, January 2, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, August 1, December 25 and 26.

A scanning service can be booked for the Standard and Premium subscriptions for an additional charge. When booking the scanning service, the incoming mail is opened, scanned and sent as a PDF document to the e-mail address specified when ordering.

With the standard subscription, the contents of the letter post are scanned once a week and then physically delivered by post once a month. With the Premium subscription, the contents of the letter post are scanned daily and then delivered by post once a week.

Only letter content on paper in A4 to A6 format that can be scanned via an automatic document feeder can be digitized. Parcel contents, books, storage media (such as USB sticks and CDs), plastic cards, ID cards, badges, etc. are not digitized. Items that cannot be digitized will be forwarded by post in accordance with the subscription.

The subscription period is one year and is renewed for a further year without notice.

The subscription can be canceled one month before the end of the subscription period.

The fee for the domicile address depends on the corresponding subscription and is exclusive of VAT and postage for forwarding by post.

An additional fee of CHF 8.00 per parcel will be charged for the forwarding of parcels.

If additional secretarial services are requested, CHF 80.00 per hour plus VAT and expenses will be charged.

The subscription fees plus VAT are payable in advance for 12 months. Expenses are charged once a quarter or when they reach CHF 100.00.

On request and depending on capacity, we can offer various secretarial services, which are charged at CHF 80.00 plus VAT. plus VAT. Telephone services cannot be offered.
