Prices are exclusive of VAT and postage for mail forwarding, as well as notary and Commercial Register fees for changes to Commercial Register entries. A fee of CHF 8.00 (excl. VAT) is charged for each processed mail package. The subscription term is one year and is automatically renewed for a further year unless cancelled. The subscription may be cancelled one month before the end of the subscription term. The subscription fee is payable in advance for a full year. The contracting party is Spühler Rechtsanwälte AG.
