The prices do not include VAT and postage for mail forwarding or notary and commercial register fees for changes to the commercial register. A fee of CHF 8.00 (plus VAT) is charged per processed postal parcel. A c/o address is entered in the commercial register for all subscriptions (see FAQ). The subscription period is one year and is renewed for a further year without notice. The subscription can be canceled one month before the end of the subscription period. The subscription fee must be paid in advance for a full year. The contracting party is Spühler Rechtsanwälte AG.
